Social contract and grundnorm in the age of unicorns
Abstract
This paper aims to offer a starting point to understand how network institutions operate and the ways in which they produce their standards. It also aims to try and define the constitutional relevance of big platforms operating in the network and to begin to contribute to the reflection on the profound paradigm shifts introduced by artificial intelligence and the complex world of smart contracts.
