Abstract

The paper develops the oral hearing held on 28 March 2024 at the Chamber of Deputies, Joint Permanent Committees I and II, on the bill on “Provisions on strengthening national cybersecurity and cybercrimes” (AC 1717). A number of considerations are made on the scope and provisions of the bill and on some aspects that may require amendments during the parliamentary approval stages.
