The contribution of regional and local levels of government to achieving the objectives of the «DDL Cybersicurezza»

The transposition of the NIS 2 Directive is expected to involve a wide range of issues of coordination, which can undermine the effectiveness and the result expected by the European and national legislators. One of the most critical points, which the present essay addresses, is the contribution required from regions and local authorities, without which it would be very challenging to achieve the resilience goals of public administration.
