Abstract

This paper analyses, at first reading, the provisions of DDL 1717 (in the version proposed following the examination by the parliamentary commission) regarding public procurement. In particular, attention is reserved to art. 10 of the DDL (which became art. 13 after the examination in the commission) and the difficult connection with the regulatory provisions, already in force, introduced by Legislative Decree 36/2023.
