Public authorities information needs and legality: which legal predetermination of public information choices?
Abstract
The essay investigates the close relationship that exists between the principle of legality and the activities of identification and satisfaction of the cognitive needs of the administrations. A relationship that has evolved over time and that today, with the development and progressive use of big data and algorithms in administrative action, needs a new structure.
